Mario Fontes is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Arizona. With a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine, he studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Mr. Fontes has advanced training in Traditional Chinese Medicine Management of Side Effects of Chemotherapy and Radiation.

Mr. Fontes is a Certified Classical Homeopathic Practitioner. Mr. Fontes is a graduate of the Homeopathic Practitioner Program at the American Medical College of Homeopathy. The program is licensed by the Arizona Board of Private Postsecondary Education and accredited by the Council on Homeopathic Education. Senate Bill 1236; ARS: 32-2911 provides an exemption to the practice of Classical Homeopathy for Classical Homeopathic Practitioners in the State of Arizona.

Mr. Fontes is  Board Certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). At Honso USA, a Phoenix based herbal medicine company, Mr. Fontes worked as an Herbal Specialist and also as a consultant for TCM Zone Herbal Medicine’s innovational line of classical Chinese herbal formulas.
